Mission Statement
The Process Server Academy was founded for the purpose of providing quality education and training to private process servers throughout the United States. The programs offered by the Academy range from fundamentals of process serving to advanced process serving courses. These are designed to provide entry level process servers with an understanding of the legal and judicial environment in which they will be working, as well as an understanding of the concepts of due process of law, components of civil and criminal actions, the types of process served, and the proper methods of service consistent with applicable state or federal rules and statutes.
The programs provided by the Academy are recognized by state and national process servers associations as part of their education or continuing education programs.
